Originally from San Antonio, Texas, we’ve been living in Chicagoland for over 7 years. We love Chicago, but were amazed to discover that breakfast tacos didn't really exist in the Midwest. We’ve gone everywhere from the south-side of Chicago, Pilsen and Little Village, to various suburbs, all with the same result — no breakfast tacos. So we finally decided to do something about it!
